I had a wonderful stay at Pelican Bay Hotel. The location was perfect for relaxation, right on a canal with easy access to Taino Beach via a free ferry. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The only downsides were that the workout room was small, and we had a minor issue with the lock on our ground floor door. Overall, it was a great value and a lovely experience.
My stay at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful with lovely grounds and pools, but the initial room placement was disappointing, and the staff at the front desk was unhelpful during my stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ferry service to the beach was a nice perk, but dining options fell short, especially with limited hours. Overall, it was a decent experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
We had an unforgettable weekend at Pelican Bay! The room was stunning with a lovely view of the canal, and the service was top-notch, particularly from Elanor, who really made our stay special. The grounds were beautiful, and being close to the Lucaya Shopping area was a huge plus. However, the buffet breakfast was overpriced and didn't meet our expectations.
I had a great experience at the hotel, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly service. However, there were some issues with the room condition which detracted from my overall enjoyment. The location was fantastic for exploring the local area and accessing the beautiful Taino Beach, though the dining options could be improved. Overall, it was a memorable stay with plenty of pros.
I found myself at Pelican Bay for a short stay and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious. The pools were great too. However, the room was a big letdown due to its outdated condition and cleanliness issues. Also, the prices for food and drinks were quite steep, which made dining a challenge.
